What makes Ten different from any other concierge services?

Ten concierge was created to cater for the demands of the ever busier lifestyles of our members by providing on hand expert help and assistance. Ten understands it's members and what they expect from our services and we always seek out appropriate options and go the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome.

Is there anything Ten can’t organise?

Ten will strive to complete any request as long as it’s legal and moral. Our lifestyle managers are experienced at dealing with a wide variety of requests and will always try their utmost to ensure your request is met. There may be times when a request proves impossible like securing a last minute table at a fully booked restaurant. In these instances, the lifestyle manager will work to find you a suitable alternative that you’ll enjoy as much. 

Do you mark up prices to make extra profit?

No. Our lifestyle managers are working with you to gain the very best value for money in everything that we do for you.  We will always focus on the member experience and not suggest venues or destinations just becuase these are commission earning.  In all negotiations we are firmly on your side ensuring you get the very best value for money.

Can you organise last minute requests?

Yes.  We understand that members lead busy lives and therefore requests are often last minute. We will strive to fulfil all requests, even those at short notice. The more time a lifestyle manager has to deal with a request, the better the outcome so members are encouraged to brief jobs as early as possible to help get the best out of the service. For non-urgent requests, an appropriate deadline will be agreed with you which enables lifestyle managers to prioritise your urgent requests.

What sort of people will be answering my call? 

Ten employs specialists from a variety of industries e.g. travel, entertainment, restaurants etc. to provide insider knowledge and ensure the best possible response to requests. Numerous languages including Russian, Cantonese, Mandarin, English, Turkish, French, German etc. are supported. We also offer a more personalised VIP service where you speak to the same person every time you call, with this person getting to know you and your likes and dislikes.

Can you organise requests anywhere in the world? 

Ten has a fantastic network of suppliers all over the world meaning they can deal with your requests whether you are at home or travelling abroard. Our team of destination managers are constantly researching and updating us on the latest a destination has to offer our members.
