Support Manager

1 x Full time (Based in Maidenhead)
Green Support Managers provide high quality information and support homeowners’ needs to reduce carbon emissions by making changes to their home as part of the Green Homes Concierge Service.

Responsible for:

• The Support Manager’s role is to make sure that the customer understands what can be done to improve their home’s energy efficiency with succinct, relevant findings, helpful supplier information and clear next steps
• To work with the Customer Relationship and Home Energy Advisor teams to meet homeowner requirements.

You will need:

• Strong written and spoken communication skills, including an excellent telephone manner
• IT skills including accurate word processing and data inputting
• An aptitude for administrative tasks and a keen eye for detail
• Excellent time management
