Account Manager: Business Development - London

The Business Development Team are looking to recruit a new Account Manager to help with the expanding number of corporate accounts.

The role requires excellent account management / people skills, confidence with spreadsheets and data analysis. Previous Account Management is not essential, however a thorough understanding of the Lifestyle Management business is very important. The successful candidate will report in to the Account Director and will work closely with everyone in the existing Business Development Team.

What we are looking for:

For all roles, the ideal candidate should have:

  • Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills when dealing with members, suppliers and clients, working in a calm and professional manner at all times
  • Be able to work independently and perform well with little supervision
  • Be dedicated to customer satisfaction, show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills
  • Have excellent computer skills
  • Have outstanding communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Be able to multitask and handle several projects at the same time
  • Provide intelligent and resourceful replies to members’ and clients’ requests while maintaining a commercial focus
  • Demonstrate strong administration skills and be able to prioritise workloads to meet strict deadlines
  • Be detail orientated and deadline driven to ensure that demanding standards are met.
  • Work with an emphasis for detail and follow through as required. The highest customer service standards are expected and must be maintained at all times.
